Our food manufacturing plant operates to high standards under our HACCP Food Safety Program. Full wash down and sanitation of associated equipment is undertaken between batches, we employ a vendor assurance program for raw material suppliers, and numerous measures are taken to avoid risks of contamination to the products we manufacture. We have a NSW food Authority Dairy License and strictly work to our approved Food Safety Manual which consists of regular salmonella testing, and full product traceability from the finished product all the way back to the raw materials.
Our staff are fully trained in Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and are made accountable at every process. We have a full quality control process ensuring the highest standards of food safety are met throughout the entire process.
